How much does it cost to build a turnkey warehouse?
The cost depends on the area, warehouse class (A or A+), height, floor type and engineering systems. After a brief and a site visit we provide a ballpark estimate within one business day and fix the final price in the contract.
What are Class A and A+ warehouses?
A modern dry warehouse with insulation, heating, sprinklers, a flat industrial floor for high stacking, sufficient ceiling height and equipped docks. Class A+ adds higher requirements for height, column spacing, engineering and the site.
What clear height should a Class A warehouse have?
Usually a clear height under the trusses of 10–12 metres or more — this allows high racking and efficient use of volume. We match the exact height to your storage type and equipment.
How long does it take to build a warehouse?
A mid-sized warehouse takes a few months to build. Exact timelines depend on the area, soils and work sequence — we fix them in the schedule and contract after design.
Can a warehouse be built on weak soils?
Yes. On weak soils we use pile foundations and dedicated engineering solutions. We assess the soil during the site visit and build it into the design.
