How does a logistics terminal differ from a regular warehouse?
A terminal is built around throughput: more docks, cross-docking, picking and shipping zones, well-planned truck lanes. A regular warehouse is mostly storage; a terminal is fast handling and movement of cargo.
How many docks do I need for my flow?
We size the docks to your intensity: trucks per day, handling time per vehicle, peak hours. We build in a margin to avoid queues.
Can you build a multi-temperature complex?
Yes. We combine ambient, chilled and frozen storage in one complex with the appropriate insulation, refrigeration equipment and engineering.
How much does a logistics complex cost?
It depends on the area, number of docks, multi-temperature zones and engineering. After a brief and a site visit we provide a ballpark estimate within one business day and fix the final price in the contract.
