Challenge
Investment Commercial Group (ICG) planned to build the first Class A+ logistics complex in Brovary with a total area of 7,000 m² and direct access to the E95 highway. The facility had to meet the highest European warehouse logistics standards: modern engineering systems, autonomous power supply, full fire safety, and comfortable infrastructure for staff and tenants.
