A commercial facility on the front line of the Brovary ring road with direct highway access. A double-height glazed corner and a dark anodized facade — in a single architecture with the neighbouring Gate One logistics complex.
Highlights
The space adapts to a car showroom, retail, warehouse or office. The final layout is tailored to the tenant during completion (build-to-suit). Paved yard and parking at the entrance.
