Challenge
Investment Commercial Group (ICG) planned to build the first Class A+ logistics complex in Brovary with a total area of 7,000 m² and direct access to the E95 highway. The facility had to meet the highest European warehouse logistics standards: modern engineering systems, autonomous power supply, full fire safety, and comfortable infrastructure for staff and tenants.
Solution
TEHMAS served as the general contractor and managed the entire construction cycle — from groundwork to turnkey delivery. Coordination of subcontractors across every discipline, parallel execution of construction and engineering works, and our own fleet of heavy equipment ensured uninterrupted progress and schedule compliance.
Result
Gate One BR was commissioned on schedule — 36 months from project start. It is the first Class A+ logistics complex in Brovary. Gate One BR confirmed TEHMAS's competence in delivering complex full-cycle industrial facilities — from project management to finishing works.
