These are starting "from" rates — the final cost is fixed for the specific task, duration and location.

What's included in the price and what's extra

• Operator — included in the rate.
• Fuel — included for some equipment; for the bulldozer and wheel loader it's paid separately (roughly UAH 600–650 per working hour).
• Delivery — calculated from the base in Brovary, roughly UAH 35–50 per km depending on the machine (a tractor and low-loader for tracked equipment).
• Minimum shift — 8 hours; shorter jobs are charged hourly with a minimum.

What the final cost depends on

• Type and class of equipment — the higher the capacity or power, the higher the rate.
• Rental duration — long-term rental works out cheaper per shift than a one-off.
• Distance to the site — logistics from the base is a separate line in the estimate.
• Fuel — for some machines this is an extra cost item.
• Complexity of the work — night shifts, hard-to-reach sites and downtime caused by the site affect the calculation.

• Plan ahead — an urgent "for tomorrow" call is always more expensive than an agreed schedule.
• Rent by the shift or long-term — per unit this is more cost-effective than paying hourly in small chunks.
